The short version

Write to contact details are being finalised within thirty days of the charge, include the email address or order number from your Paddle receipt, and say you would like a refund. We reply within one working day and Paddle returns the money to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days.

What is covered

First purchases, renewals and the bundle are all covered for thirty days from the date of the charge. If a renewal was charged and you no longer use the tool, that counts too: you do not have to prove you tried to cancel in time.

What happens to the licence

A refunded key stops unlocking Pro features. The extension falls back to its free tier, and anything you saved, exported or recognised locally stays on your machine. Nothing is deleted remotely, because nothing about your use is stored remotely in the first place.

Your statutory rights

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a digital purchase. Because a licence key is delivered immediately, you agree at checkout that delivery begins at once. That does not reduce the thirty days above: where the two overlap, the longer one applies, and where local consumer law gives you more, local law wins.

If something is broken

Tell us first. Most problems are a permissions setting or a browser version, and we would rather fix the tool than lose you as a user. If it cannot be fixed, the refund still stands.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before asking your bank to reverse a charge. A chargeback freezes the payment while it is investigated, which takes longer than a refund and costs everyone fees. We have never refused a refund request inside thirty days, and we are not going to start with yours.

Who sends the money

Paddle is the merchant of record for these sales, so the refund is issued by Paddle on our instruction and appears on your statement against the original charge. The confirmation email comes from Paddle.
