Made for the everyday

From the page to your spreadsheet.

01

Find the structure

Scan for HTML and ARIA tables, lists and simple repeating cards. Use the page picker when you want to choose the element yourself.

02

Check the rows first

Review extracted data, remove duplicate rows, and combine tables with matching headings. Save the chosen element as a preset for that hostname.

03

Take your preferred format

Download a real .xlsx workbook, a CSV file or JSON row arrays. You can add compatible tables from pages you navigate yourself.

A few useful details.

Extraction reads rendered content. It cannot access hidden databases or rows that have not loaded. Automatic pagination is not included. Captures are limited to 10,000 data rows, 100 columns and 2 million characters.

Your privacy & permissions

TableSnap reads a website after you open its toolbar action. Presets are stored locally; collected rows stay in the tool tab.

Good questions.

Does it work without an HTML table?

Yes. It also supports lists, ARIA tables and simple repeating card structures. Complex layouts may need the picker and a careful preview.

Can I combine several pages?

Navigate the original source tab yourself and add its compatible tables. Column headings must match. This is not automatic crawling.

Will numbers become spreadsheet formulas?

All XLSX cells are explicit text. Formula-like CSV values receive a protective apostrophe. You can convert trusted numeric columns later in your spreadsheet.

Make room for TableSnap.

A page worth keeping
