How to export a website table to Excel
Copying a table by hand often mixes headings, navigation and repeated values into the same sheet. A preview gives you a chance to check the structure before the data becomes a spreadsheet.
Find the table or list
Open TableSnap on the page and choose Find tables & lists. Look for the candidate with the expected row and column counts. For a product grid or an unusual layout, use Pick on page and select the repeating group. Press Escape if you choose the wrong area.
Check headings and merged cells
Add the candidate and review the preview. TableSnap expands row and column spans and gives headerless lists generated column names. Check a few rows against the original page, especially where one cell spans several rows.
Combine only compatible data
To collect another page, navigate the original source tab yourself and add its table. Matching headings keep the combined rows aligned. Turn on Remove duplicate rows if repeated entries appear across captures. Automatic pagination is not part of this build.
Choose Excel, CSV or JSON
XLSX keeps every value as explicit text. CSV works with many spreadsheet tools, while JSON exports row arrays for other workflows. Formula-like CSV values receive a protective apostrophe. Once you trust the data, you can convert numeric columns in your spreadsheet.
Try it with TableSnap.
Turn rendered tables, lists and repeating cards into CSV, Excel or JSON. Preview the rows before you export.
